Few things to know about the truffle chocolate :

For an optimal tasting, to be eaten few days after opening.

A thin white coat can appear on the outside of the truffle after an abrupt temperature change which does not affect the quality and the taste at all.

Product sensitive to heat, keep in a dry and cool place between 15 and 18°C (59 / 64°F).
