The ingredients are as follows: carrot, lemon, oriental pepper delight, garlic or onion, nuts.

The preparation is very simple:
• Peel and finely grate carrots
• Season the carrots with lemon juice and add a generous tablespoon of our Oriental Pepper Delight
• It is possible to add a little finely chopped garlic or onion as well as a few nuts
• Serve well chilled
