Tarbais bean hummus and pepper

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients for 6 people:
300 g cooked Tarbais beans
1 medium roasted red bell pepper, skinless
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame purée (tahin)
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 small clove garlic
15 basil leaves

Mix the Tarbais Beans with the pepper, garlic and basil leaves until they are creamy. If necessary, add a little water. Season with salt.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
Serve as dip with bread.

This hummus of Tarbais & Pepper Beans keeps 2-3 days cool covered with film paper.
