Charlotte with Cantreau lady fingers

Here is an Idea of dessert made with CANTREAU lady fingers : the famous charlotte!!

INGREDIENTS
30 LADY FINGERS
500 G STRAWBERRIES
350 G QUARK
½ LEMON
2 BAGS VANILLA SUGAR
50 G SUGAR

PREPARATION
1. wash and take off the strawberries tail (keep some aside for decoration). Cut into small pieces. Add the lemon juice, the 2 bags of vanilla sugar and blend.
2. Blend the quark with sugar, add the strawberries
3. Soak the lady fingers (not the sweet part) into slightly sugared water. Put them at the bottom and all around the charlotte mold.
4. Add half of the quark/strawberries. Coat with lady fingers and put the rest of quark and strawberries
5. End with a layer of lady fingers. Close the mold with its cap. Let for 6 hours in the fridge.
6. Take the charlotte out of the mold and decorate with some fresh strawberries
